Friday, May 14, 2010 marks the second of five scheduled vintner dinners to benefit the Opera and Performing Arts Society (OPAS) of Bryan/College Station. This three-course food and wine dinner features Seafood Paella prepared with Shrimp, Scallops, Chicken and Sausage. Book-ending the main course is Strawberry Spinach Salad with Fresh Spinach, Strawberries, Gorgonzola blue cheese and Candied Pecans in a Strawberry Vinaigrette and Assorted Bite Size Desserts featuring Assorted Bar Cookies, Chocolate Cake Squares and Belgian Crème Puffs. Chris Puente will provide musical accompaniment to round out your culinary experience. |
