Retreat Hill Reserve Merlot: The color is of red/violet. On the nose you will find perfumed black currant, hints of sage, and black cherry. The mouth feel is soft, and well structured with layers of spice, anise and mint. The finish is velvety and long.
Retreat Hill Reserve Cabernet Franc: This wine is soft crimson in color. It has notes of eucalyptus, tarragon and mint with ripe red cherry fruit on the nose. The fruit was perfectly ripened at harvest and has made a classic Cabernet Franc for those of us who love this grape.
Retreat Hill Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon: Purple Violet in color, this is a muscular Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has a fruit forward character. Notes of tobacco, violets and mulberries along with herbs and dust. The mouth feel is of firm supple tannins with a finish that goes on and on.
Retreat Hill Rustic Red Reserve: This is a bronze medal winner in the Bordeaux class at the 2010 HLSR International Wine Competition. This wine has the color of bright rubies. It has soft vanilla, ripe blackberries, violets and dark chocolate on the nose. In the mouth it shows red roses, musk, and strawberry jam. This wine is complex and captivating.
